Description
When loading flags from points, point features are not coincident with a feature participating in the geometric network.
Solution
Ensure that all point features used as flags are coincident with features in the geometric network. If the Trace Geometric Network tool is being used in ModelBuilder, consider using the Snap tool to ensure coincidence.
