Description
The caching service failed to start the image service instance for caching.
Analysis cannot be run on an image service input that has the allowAnalysis property set to False.
Solution
Verify that the image service configuration is valid and that all the machines participating in the server have access to the image service data.
If the allowAnalysis property tag is set to False, and you want it enabled, contact your service administrator to set this property to True using ArcGIS REST API administration Edit to edit the service.
