The Manage Tile Cache tool did not generate cache for the following reasons:
- Tiles were not created in the cache directory.
- Data access problems occurred.
Ensure that you have write access to the cache directory. Confirm that the disk where the cache directory is stored has sufficient disk space available.
Ensure that you have read access to the data source of a mosaic dataset or a map document. If the data is being accessed over a UNC share, ensure that the share is still available. Confirm that the network cable to the remote machine is plugged in.
If the data is being accessed from a database, ensure that the database service is live and running.
