Description
The toolbox failed to consolidate into the package. While examining the toolbox and its contents, the packaging process found a problem.
Solution
The toolbox may have tools that have a syntax error, a Python 3 incompatibility issue, or data required by the tool cannot be found. Run the Analyze Tools For Pro tool to produce a detailed report of problems. Once these issues have been fixed, reattempt the package workflow.
