An attribute rule of the same name already exists for the dataset. The name of an attribute rule must be unique for the dataset.
Solution
If you are trying to add a new attribute rule, use a different, unique name.
If you are importing attribute rules to a dataset, you must delete the existing rule with the same name before importing the new rule.
