Description
Rules are updated as part of the upgrade process for a utility network. If invalid rules are discovered during the upgrade, they will be excluded. The rule IDs and rule details are listed in the results of the Upgrade Dataset tool as <ID>: <Rule Type> [From feature class][To feature class], for example, 3469: esriUNRTAttachment [StructureJunction.Manhole.Unknown][ElectricDistributionJunction.ConnectionPoint.Neutral Connection].
