Description
The diagram template used to generate the diagram is set up to run a trace rule. When this trace rule went into action, no features were under construction in the diagram.
This error can occur when there are diagram rules that are configured to run before the trace rule in the diagram template rule sequence. In this case, depending on the utility network features you specified as input, the trace rule may go into action while the diagram graph resulting from the previous rules is empty.

Contact the utility network owner about the utility network features expected as input for this diagram template.
