Open the GIS resource using the appropriate application (for example, ArcGIS Pro) and make the changes indicated by the warnings. Each warning has an associated help topic with more information.
Alternatively, do nothing. Analyzer warnings do not prevent publishing. However, depending on the warning, the drawing performance of the service may be delayed, or its appearance may be different from the resource, or limitations may be encountered when accessing the data.
