Description
The data source for the Input Features parameter does not support the Delete Features with Null Geometry option. This parameter is not applicable for enterprise databases, enterprise geodatabases, GeoPackage, or SpatiaLite databases.
Solution
No action is required. This warning is to alert you that this option will not be used. The Delete Features with Null Geometry parameter is only applicable for shapefiles and datasets from a file geodatabase.
