Description
This error is encountered when the Update Subnetwork tool is run on a specific subnetwork and the subnetwork specified for the Subnetwork Name parameter is not dirty.
Solution
Perform a modification to mark the subnetwork as dirty and run the Update Subnetwork tool again.
