Description
The length of an annotation feature is longer than the default length of the TextString field in the annotation feature class. The annotation displays but the TextString field is empty. This can cause update and editing issues.
Solution
Use the Fields view to determine the default length of the TextString field. Change the Annotation Text String Field Length environment to a suitable length and rerun the tool.
