Description
The cache tiling schema chosen has an origin value that cannot support generation of cache tiles beyond the levels of detail (LODs) listed in the error message. You cannot create or manage cache tiles using the Caching toolset and the cache tiles will not render successfully for client applications.
Solution
Use the Generate Map Cache Tiling Scheme tool to create a cache tiling scheme with a valid origin for the map document and the appropriate levels of detail.
