Description
A scene layer must adhere to the I3S specification. This error message occurs when the scene layer fails to validate against the I3S specification.
Solution
Use the Validate Scene Layer tool to get a detailed log of the error messages. Contact the third-party vendor with the log file or contact Esri Technical Support.
