Description
The rule and layout definitions file (.ndbd) you want to import for the input diagram template references a named trace configuration that does not exist in the related network.
Solution
When a named trace configuration is used on a diagram template, it is referenced by its global ID. While you can export the rule and layout definitions for any template that uses a named trace configuration, you cannot use the output .ndbd file for diagram templates out of the source network. Even if you export the related named trace configuration from the source network and import it to the destination network first, its global ID in the destination network won't match the source ID, so it won't match the ID in the .ndbd file you are trying to import.
