Description
The attribute RASTERVALU already exists in the input feature class.
Solution
Either delete the field or copy the values to a new attribute with a different name. Use the Delete Field tool to remove the field from the feature class before running the process. If you want to preserve the field, add a new field with Add Field and copy the values to it using Calculate Field. You can now delete the original field.
