Description
When configuring network analysis, the tool uses a combination of solver settings from the tool parameters and settings defined in a config file. This warning occurs when the config file attempts to set a setting that is handled by the tool parameters. In this case, the config file setting will be ignored in favor of the tool parameter setting.
Solution
You can ignore this warning, or you can update the config file to remove the conflicting setting.
