An empty output may be caused by input geometries that do not overlap or intersect and when the input features are not closed. If closed features are required, the Is Closed 3D tool can be used to verify that the features are closed.
Solution
Typically, this message is informative and no further action is required. If the empty output was caused by features that have open faces, the Enclose Multipatch tool can be used in some instances to ensure that the features are closed.
