Description
A custom variable is referencing a dataset that is not licensed. Ensure that all local datasets are properly licensed. See Licensing Business Analyst local data for more information.
Solution
Contact your administrator or start ArcGIS Pro as an administrator. Click Project > Licensing > Manage your data licensing > Add, browse to where the .sdlic file is located. and click Open.
