Description
After applying geographic weights, some local areas had very low variation. This can cause instability and inaccuracy in the local models in these areas. Consider the effect this will have on your analysis.
Solution
No action is required. However, you can use the Condition Number field of the output features to identify features whose local models were most unstable (larger condition numbers indicate instability). Features with condition numbers above approximately 30 are most likely to experience stability problems.
You may be able to resolve the warning using a larger number of neighbors or distance bands to include more neighbors in each local model. Including more neighbors may introduce enough variability to stabilize the local models.
