Description
The Output Space Time Cube must have at least two rows and columns. The cell size of the Input Multidimensional Raster Layer is too large and results in fewer than two rows or columns.
Solution
Use a different Input Multidimensional Raster Layer or resample the raster to a smaller cell size with the Resampling raster function, and save the resampled raster using the Copy Raster tool.
