Description
To detect change in count, each value of a time series can only contain nonnegative integers. The locations printed in the message contained at least one negative value or noninteger. Detection was not performed at these locations, and all output fields for these locations contain null values.
Solution
No action is required. However, consider a different value for the Change Type parameter to detect change points at all locations.
