Description
Tables cannot include geographic information. If the input is a table, the spatial smoothing options, Locally Weighted Average, Locally Weighted Median, and Local Empirical Bayes, are not available.
Solution
If the input is a table, select Crude Rate or Global Empirical Bayes as the Rate Method parameter value. To use a spatial rate smoothing method, change the input to a shape file or feature class.
