Description
A rate was assigned for a feature with a null rate value. This occurs when the Rate Method parameter value is Locally Weighted Average or Locally Weighted Median and at least one neighbor has a rate value that is not null.
A feature may have a null rate due to one of the following reasons:
- The feature has a null or negative count value.
- The feature has a null, zero, or negative population value.
Solution
No action is required.
