Description
This error appears when the input polyline and calibration point feature classes have existing routes with the same Route ID and overlaps in their From and To dates.
Solution
Review the log returned with the execution of the tool to identify the problematic polylines. Route IDs for those routes should either be different or have nonoverlapping time spans when compared to features in the calibration point feature class .
