Description
Conflict prevention is enabled in the LRS. There are existing locks from other users, or in other versions on the events, or the routes associated with the events that the user is trying to load.
Solution
Review the locks with the lock holders. Locks can be released, changes posted, or versions deleted so the current user can acquire the necessary locks and continue with the process.
