Description
The connected user does not have sufficient permissions to update the required tables.
Solution
Make sure that the connected user has enough database permissions to create datasets and configure the geodatabase. The database administrator can grant the Create Table permission to the connected user, or a user with the required permissions can connect and run this tool to update the table.
