The chosen feature dataset has more than one LRS dataset.
Solution
A feature dataset must have only one LRS dataset. Remove the extra LRS using the Remove LRS Entity geoprocessing tool or right-click the LRS dataset in the Catalog > Databases node and delete the duplicate dataset.
