Description
The tool cannot write a value to a field. This message most commonly occurs when attempting to write a string that is longer than the length of the text field it is being written to.
Solution
If possible, increase the length of the text field being updated using the Alter Field tool.
If you encounter this message with a tool with a field map parameter, such as the Append tool, adjust the length of the output field using the field map parameter.
