Description
The tool requires an ArcGIS Pro Advanced license and an ArcGIS 3D Analyst extension license.
The following are conditions in which the required licensing may not be available:
- An ArcGIS Pro Basic or ArcGIS Pro Standard license was authorized.
- The 3D Analyst extension was not checked out or the license was not assigned.
- The assigned or checked out 3D Analyst extension has expired.
- When licensed for Concurrent Use, there isn't a 3D Analyst extension license available to check out for use.
Solution
The following solutions correspond to the conditions listed in the Description field:
- Authorize an ArcGIS Pro Advanced license. You may need to contact your system administrator.
- Assign or check out the 3D Analyst extension. You may need to contact your system administrator.
- Assign or check out a license that is not expired. You may need to contact your system administrator.
- If 3D Analyst is enabled, colleagues on your network may be using all of the available licenses. Ask colleagues who aren't actively using the extension to close their ArcGIS Pro session. Frequent occurrences may warrant acquiring additional licenses.
