Description

The tool requires an ArcGIS Pro Advanced license, and both the ArcGIS Network Analyst extension and the ArcGIS 3D Analyst extension to be licensed. The following are conditions in which the required licensing may not be available:

• An ArcGIS Pro Basic or ArcGIS Pro Standard license was authorized.
• The Network Analystextension or the 3D Analyst extension was not assigned or checked out.
• The Network Analyst extension or 3D Analyst extension license has expired.
• When licensed for Concurrent Use, there isn't a Network Analyst or 3D Analyst extension license available to check out for use.

Solution

The following solutions correspond to the conditions listed in the Description field:

• Authorize an ArcGIS Pro Advanced license. You may need to contact your system administrator for assistance.

• Assign or check out licenses that are not expired. You may need to contact your system administrator.
• If Network Analyst and 3D Analyst are enabled, colleagues on your network may be using all of the available licenses. Ask colleagues who aren't actively using the extensions to close their ArcGIS Pro session. Frequent occurrences may warrant acquiring additional licenses.
