Description
This is a warning message that occurs when there is information in the input Excel template file's Level Properties worksheet for a facility that is not listed in the Facility Properties worksheet.
Solution
Add a row to the Facility Properties worksheet for the missing facility, or remove the specified row from the Level Properties worksheet. Contact Esri technical support for more information.
