Description
A selection is present on one or more layers in the map. Labels from those layers will be converted for selected features only. For more information about how geoprocessing tools work with selections, see Geoprocessing tools, selections, and filters.
Use the Contents pane to identify which layers have a selection.
If the selection is unexpected and you want to use the entire input, clear the selection.
