Description
Editor tracking is already enabled on the dataset and you attempted to switch from UTC to Database Time or vice versa.
Solution
To switch between UTC and Database time, disable editor tracking, then enable editor tracking with the setting you want. You can also change this property with the Dataset Properties dialog box.
