Description
The number of tiles in the Tile package/cache dataset requested to be exported exceeds the value for maximum allowed number of tiles to be exported for the service.
Solution
Increase the value for the maximum allowed number of tiles to be exported for the service by creating an admin connection to the server in ArcMap and updating the maximum allowed number of tiles property on the Service Properties > Caching > Advanced > Advanced Settings tab.
