Description
When clearing the field alias using the Alter Field tool, you cannot specify a field alias and clear the field alias at the same time.
Solution
If you want to clear the field alias, leave the New Field Alias parameter empty. If you want to assign the field an alias, uncheck the Clear Field Alias check box or use FALSE if using Python.
