Description
When creating or importing rules, a duplicate rule was found in the utility network. When you import, the row number from the .csv file is provided for each duplicate rule.
Solution
Review the rules for the utility network using the network properties. When adding new rules, adjust the rule properties to ensure that the rules are unique. When you import from a .csv file, no action is required. Duplicate rules are ignored as part of the import process.
