Description
No polygon feature class was found in the input feature dataset to be used for the service territory feature class.
Solution
The input feature dataset for the utility network must contain a polygon feature class that is z- and m-enabled. This feature class must also contain a feature to represent the utility network's geographic extent. For more information, see Create a utility network.
