The Data Management toolset contains tools that set the data source and stage job files for automated workflows.

Tools in the Data Management toolset
Tool	Description
Copy Job Files	Copies Workflow Manager (Classic) job files to and from a local machine and a shared directory for processing.
Create Task Group Jobs	Creates new Task Group jobs based on the properties of an existing job.
Get Features By Job AOI	Extracts features from a source geodatabase to a target geodatabase based on the Filter Feature Layer parameter value (or job AOI).
Set Task Group Dependencies	Creates dependencies between a job and other existing Task Group jobs based on the criteria defined in the extended properties.
Update Task Group Metrics	Updates and summarizes task group metrics that are part of the standard Topographic Workflow deployment of Workflow Manager (Classic).
