The Heliport Obstruction Identification Surfaces toolset contains tools that generate obstruction identification surfaces for helipads and heliports.

Tool	Description
FAA 2C	Generates an Obstruction Identification Surface (OIS) for helipads based on specifications from FAA Advisory Circular 150/5390-2C.
ICAO Annex 14 Heliports	Generates obstruction identification surfaces (OIS) for heliports based on ICAO Annex 14 Volume II specifications.
