Create a grid

Clearing Grids allows you to create grids in a map that meet your size and labeling specifications. These grids can be used to divide a particular geography in ways that are meaningful to you and allow for clear communication with others.

To create a grid, complete the following steps:

1. Sur le ruban, cliquez sur l’onglet auquel vous avez ajouté les outils Clearing Grids, puis cliquez sur Open Clearing Grids (Ouvrir Grilles de dégagement) .
2. Click the Create Grid button .
3. Select the type of grid you want to create.

   A geoprocessing dialog box opens for the type of grid you selected.

4. Fill out the dialog box and click Run.
