LRS intersection properties
The following tables describe the intersection properties:
Name and feature class
The intersection name and parent network properties appear at the top of the Location Referencing tab.
Property | Description |
---|---|
Intersection Name | The name of the selected intersection. |
Parent Network | The LRS Network in which the event is located. |
Tolerance and resolution
You can view the following Tolerance and Resolution properties:

Property | Description |
---|---|
XY Tolerance | The x,y tolerance set for the network feature class. |
M Tolerance | The m-tolerance set for the network feature class. |
Z Tolerance | The z-tolerance set for the network feature class. |
XY Resolution | The x,y resolution set for the network feature class. |
M Resolution | The m-resolution set for the network feature class. |
Z Resolution | The z-resolution set for the events feature class. |
Fields
You can view the following Fields properties for the intersection feature class:
Property | Description |
---|---|
Network Description | The field that will be used to describe intersections with other layers. The name separator and description field of the intersection layer will be concatenated when events are recorded. |
Intersecting ID | The name of the intersection ID field. |
Intersection Name | The name of the intersection. |
Route ID | The unique ID of the route. |
Feature ID | The unique ID of the intersecting feature. |
Feature Class Name | The name of the intersection point feature class. |
From Date | The date the network became active. |
To Date | The date the network was retired. |
Measure | The measure on the dominant route where the intersection is located. |
Intersecting layers
You can view the following Intersecting Layers properties:
Property | Description |
---|---|
Intersecting Feature | The feature class that intersects the LRS Network. |
Intersecting ID | The field in the intersecting layer used to uniquely identify the feature that intersects the network. |
Description Field | The field that provides the description, such as town or county name, of the intersecting feature. |
Name Separator | The name separator for the intersection, such as AND, INTERSECT, +, or |. |
View intersection properties by map layer
You can view the properties of an LRS intersection map layer from the Contents pane:
- Open the Contents pane in ArcGIS Pro.
- Right-click the centerline sequence table layer whose properties you want to view and click Properties.
The Table Properties dialog box appears with the selected network layer name shown in the title bar.
注意:
The dialog box tabs that appear on the left of the dialog box are specific to the selected layer type.
- Click the Location Referencing tab on the left.
Scroll down if the tab isn't visible in the list.
The Location Referencing tab displays general properties for your selection at the top, with additional nodes below.
- Click the arrow for a node to expand or collapse its properties.
If the value or field name is longer than the display, hover over the property to view its details, or resize the dialog box to view additional details.

View intersection properties by feature class
You can view the properties of an LRS intersection feature class from the Catalog pane:
- Open the Catalog pane in ArcGIS Pro.
- Expand the geodatabase connection and any subfolders to browse to the feature class.
- Right-click the intersection feature class whose properties you want to view and click Properties.
The Feature Class Properties dialog box appears with the selected feature class name shown in the title bar.
