修改构成交叉点要素类并且可以添加或移除的交叉点要素类属性，例如字段和相交图层。
输入交叉点要素类参数值应为要素图层，不能是服务图层。
此工具可用于不具有几何或记录的要素类。
交叉点要素类和相交图层参数值的空间参考、容差和分辨率必须匹配。
交叉点要素类和相交图层参数值必须位于同一工作空间中。
作为相交图层提供的要素类必须启用 z 值。
相交图层字段长度的总和必须小于或等于交叉点名称字段长度。
交叉点要素类必须配置以下字段：
