Creates a new instance of a GeometryBag class from an XML string representation.

Parameters

XMLString: XML string representation of GeometryBag.

Return Value

Exceptions

System.ArgumentNullException	The XMLString is empty or null.
GeometryObjectException	XML is invalid or does not represent a GeometryBag string.
