The network dataset uses a global turn delay evaluator, or turn category evaluator, which is not supported in older versions of the software. Update the map's spatial reference to match the network dataset.
Solution
If you plan to use your mobile map package only on newer versions of the software, you can ignore this warning. If you need to fix the problem, you can edit the network dataset properties to remove the turn category evaluator.
