    Parameters

    parcelLayer
    The parcel layer.
    parcelPolygonFeatures
    The source layers and feature IDs of parcel polygon features.

    Exceptions
    ExceptionDescription
    Insufficient license. This method requires a standard license.
    Limit of 1000 input parcels exceeded.
