Gets or sets the custom elevation surface URI.

Remarks

The custom surface URI is required for an LayerElevationType of LayerElevationType.OnCustomSurface and LayerElevationType.RelativeToCustomSurface. Features in the layer will define their height either on or relative to the custom surface. Refer to Elevation surfaces for more information.
