IsFontAvailable Method (SymbolFactory)

Check if a specific font is available in the application for the Pro session. This method must be called on the MCT. Use QueuedTask.Run.

Parameters

fontName: The name of the font family.
fontStyle: The name of the font style.
fontType: The font type.
fontVariationSettings: Any font variation settings to be applied. Can be null.

Return Value

A boolean representing whether the font is available.

Exceptions

Exception	Description
ArcGIS.Core.CalledOnWrongThreadException	This method or property must be called within the lambda passed to QueuedTask.Run.

Requirements

Target Platforms: Windows 11, Windows 10

ArcGIS Pro version: 3.3 or higher.
