MoveStandaloneTable(StandaloneTable,CompositeLayerWithTables,Int32) Method

Moves a StandaloneTable to a position within the specified targetLayer container. This method must be called on the MCT. Use QueuedTask.Run.

Parameters

table: A table to be moved.
targetLayer: The layer container to move the StandaloneTable to.
position: The position specified by the 0-based index. -1 will move the table the bottom of the specified container. If the index is invalid, the StandaloneTable is moved to the bottom.

Exceptions

Exception	Description
System.ArgumentNullException	The table or targetLayer is null.
System.ArgumentException	Invalid container. The StandaloneTable is not part of this container or one of it's descendents.
ArcGIS.Core.CalledOnWrongThreadException	This method or property must be called within the lambda passed to QueuedTask.Run.

Remarks

The StandaloneTable must already be part of this container or one of it's descendents. To move the StandaloneTable to the root of the TOC use Map.MoveStandaloneTable. To move the StandaloneTable into a group layer from the root of the TOC use Map.MoveStandaloneTable.
